Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sugarplum Patches, each patch is made especially for you. Because many of our patches are custom-made and produced to order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong design, color, or backing option
• Personalized or custom patches
• Items that have been applied, altered, washed, or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Print Variations

Many of our patches are embroidered and produced using professional manufacturing processes. Minor variations in thread colors, embroidery placement, size, or stitching are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.

In-Stock Items Shipped from Canada

Some products may be stocked and shipped directly from our studio in Canada. These items are also generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
